Shipping
Toysntech can ship to any address in the UK, for shipping overseas please contact us. We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 business days.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for items are weight-based.
Collect In-Store
Should you wish to collect an item in-store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation & photo ID. Our address is Toysntech, 21 Bank Street, Carlisle, Cumbria CA3 8HJ. Should you have any problem finding us, please don't hesitate to call us +44 (0)1228 819698 and we'll help you find us.
Any items ordered for collection in-store will be available for collection 1 hour from the time ordered and will be kept for a maximum of 14 days - after which point a items will be refunded to the purchaser.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Toysntech will also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of handing your package to your return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
